Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting	July 13, 2009
Question/Comment Deadline	August 12, 2009  **New date**
Proposals Due	August 27, 2009 at 4 PM   **New date**
Evaluations of Proposals Complete	September 22, 2009
Approve and Award Contract	October 27, 2009
