Task Force Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month. Meetings are open to the public and anyone wishing to address the task force members may do so during the public comment period.

Meeting location alternates between the City of Santa Cruz Main Building (location varies) and Soquel Creek Water District Headquarters (5180 Soquel Drive, Soquel, CA).
